Returns/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters here at VCG Resins by Reese. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will gladly work with you to find a solution. We offer a two week (14 day) return period starting from the day the order was delivered.

If your return is approved we will provide a pre paid shipping label and shipping instructions for your return.

All returns must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the same condition received. Returns must be sent back in shipping box provided in original order to ensure safe return of items. Failure to do so may result in a declined return request.

ALL requests for returns or refunds MUST be made and approved by email. please contact us at vcgresins@yahoo.com to start the return/refund process.

BROKEN/MISSING PARTS: We take every measure possible to ensure your order arrives filled accurately and shipped to ensure no damage to parts. If a part is missing or is received damaged we will gladly replace those parts at no charge.

For Broken/Missing part claims you will have 7 days after receiving items to make a claim. Please check your order as soon as possible after receiving. All claims for broken or missing parts must be made by email to vcgresins@yahoo.com and must have supporting photographs of package, invoice and broken/missing part. Once your request is received we will evaluate your request, notify you of our findings and replace parts as necessary. Replacement parts will be shipped on normal shipping days at no charge to you.

REFUND POLICY: When we have received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved or not by email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Exchanges will be processed the same as returns. Requests for an exchange must be made through email, once approved we will provide the return shipping label. When returned part is received and evaluated we will automatically issue a refund at which point you can re-order the desired parts.
